Single Family Homes closed at a median price of $600,000, with 1,097 sales completed during the month. Inventory tightened by 12%, keeping this segment competitive for sellers. Homes are averaging 44 days to contract.
Condos and Townhomes saw a median price of $269,700 with 1,064 closed sales. Inventory remains higher at 10,675 units and buyers are taking an average of 70 days to contract, giving buyers in this category more negotiating room.
